  ## Updates

  **Campaign builder autosave**

The [campaign builder](/customers/campaigns) now autosaves your work in the background as you go. Drafts are preserved if you navigate away mid-build or hit a connection hiccup, so you can pick up where you left off without losing changes.

  ## New features

  **Contact unsubscribed audience filter**

You can now target — or exclude — unsubscribed contacts directly from campaign audience filters. Use the new **Contact unsubscribed** filter to build audiences based on unsubscribe status or unsubscribed date (for example, anyone who unsubscribed in the last 90 days for a win-back send to a different list). Unsubscribed contacts continue to be excluded automatically from regular campaign sends.

See [Campaign audience filters](/customers/campaign-audience-filters) for the full filter list.

  ## New features

  **Kit ratio modes for sessions**

You can now choose how Sailia counts kit against people on a session. Pick **People per kit** (one item supports a fixed number of people — for example, a 6-seater coach boat) or **Kit per person** (each person needs a fixed number of items — for example, a board and a paddle per paddler). Each kit item on a session can use its own mode, and availability is recalculated automatically when you change the configuration.

See [Kit ratio modes](/activities/activities#kit-ratio-modes) for setup details.

  **Admin capacity override**

Staff with the **Operator Booking** [permission](/staff/permissions#operator-booking) can now deliberately overbook a manual-capacity session from the admin booking flow — useful for fitting in a regular, a last-minute walk-up, or an extra school group spot. Overbooked sessions are clearly flagged across the calendar, session popup, and activity views, and every booking in the session gets a timestamped audit note attributed to the operator. Online customers still can't exceed capacity.

See [Admin capacity override](/activities/capacity-management#admin-capacity-override) for how it works.

  ## Updates

  **Share-between-bookings clarified on kit**

The **Share between bookings** setting on session kit now has clearer defaults: hires default to *exclusive* (one booking holds the item), and courses default to *shared* (multiple bookings can fill one item). You can still override per kit item.
