## Keeping your T\&Cs up to date

* Review your terms whenever your cancellation, refund, or membership policy changes.
* If you make a material change, communicate it to existing customers via a [campaign](/customers/campaigns) so they know what's new.
* Avoid placing time-sensitive offers or pricing in your T\&Cs — those belong in [discount codes](/pricing/discount-codes) or your booking page copy.
