# Klook integration

> Connect Sailia to Klook to reach travellers across Asia-Pacific and globally.

[Klook](https://www.klook.com) is a major activities marketplace, particularly strong in Asia-Pacific. The Sailia integration syncs availability and brings Klook bookings into your dashboard.

## Before you start

You'll need:

* An active Klook merchant account
* Products set up in your Klook Merchant Portal
* Your Klook Product IDs

## Connect Klook

  <Step title="Get your Klook Product IDs">
    Log in to your Klook Merchant Portal and open each product you want to connect. Copy the **Klook Product ID** shown in the product settings.

  <Step title="Open the Sailia Integrations dashboard">
    In Sailia, go to **Settings → Integrations** and find **Klook**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map your products">
    For each Sailia experience, click **Add Product Mapping**, paste the Klook Product ID, and save.
  </Step>

Once saved, Sailia begins syncing availability automatically and bookings from Klook flow into your [bookings dashboard](/activities/managing-bookings).

## What syncs

* **Availability** is pushed to Klook in real time
* **Bookings** appear with the Klook channel tag
* **Capacity is shared** with all other channels
