After a campaign is sent, Sailia records results that show what happened — how many emails reached inboxes, who engaged, and what bookings came back as a result. Use these to judge whether the message landed and to improve the next send.

Metrics Sailia records

Reading the numbers

How to use the results

  • Compare the audience size and conversions side by side. A small, well-targeted audience often beats a large, vague one.
  • If a metric looks unusual, check the audience filters first — most issues trace back to who received the email.
  • Treat each send as an experiment. Change one variable (subject, audience, time) at a time so you can tell what made the difference.

Monitoring campaign volume

Sailia records every campaign send against the campaign-email-sent built-in meter, with the campaign’s ID, UUID, and internal name attached to each entry. You can review volume in two places:
  • Settings dashboard — a Campaign Emails Sent card shows the running total for the current month.
  • Meter usage API — query campaign-email-sent for any date range to break sends down by campaign using the ExtraInfo payload.
This helps you stay within plan limits, reconcile marketing volume against billing, and spot unusually large sends before they go out.

Sent campaigns are read-only

Once sent, a campaign can’t be edited. Clone it from the campaigns list if you want to reuse the content for a future send.
