Your terms and conditions are shown to customers at checkout and when they create an account. They cover the legal agreement between your business and the customer — including booking, payment, cancellation, and refund policies.

Update your T&Cs

1

Open Business settings

Go to Settings → Business and find the Generic Terms section. This area covers anything relating to your booking terms and conditions and cancellation policies.
2

Paste or write your terms

Use the editor to enter your full terms. You can add headings, lists, and links.
3

Save

Saved terms are shown to every customer at checkout from that point on. Existing customers are not re-prompted.

Where the T&Cs appear

T&Cs are stored against your business and apply to every sales channel — online booking page, POS, and admin-created bookings.

Keeping your T&Cs up to date

  • Review your terms whenever your cancellation, refund, or membership policy changes.
  • If you make a material change, communicate it to existing customers via a campaign so they know what’s new.
  • Avoid placing time-sensitive offers or pricing in your T&Cs — those belong in discount codes or your booking page copy.

Cancellation policies

Set per-activity cancellation rules that feed into your overall policy.
