Sailia’s communication editor supports reusable building blocks called saved blocks, plus a broader template system you can use for far more than just booking confirmations.

Saved blocks

Saved blocks are sections of email content you can reuse across templates — perfect for headers, footers, signatures, “what to bring” lists, and any other consistent content. They keep your branding consistent and save time when building new templates.

Save a block

When you build an email template, select a section in the editor and click Save as block. The block is now available to insert into any other template.

Use a saved block

Inside any template, drag in a saved block from the Blocks library. Updating the saved block updates it everywhere it’s used.
Build saved blocks for: branded header, branded footer, social media links, What to bring, How to find us, Cancellation policy summary. Once these exist, every new template takes minutes to assemble.

Beyond customer confirmations

Communication templates aren’t just for booking confirmations. Common other uses:
